Hidden Oak Events offers affordable, all-inclusive reception packages. We have diverse menus, a 6,000 sq ft air-conditioned reception facility, tables, chairs, and a huge patio. There are multiple areas indoors and outdoors for a beautiful wedding ceremony. Most outdoor trees have electricity, and there are outdoor and indoor sound systems set up.

All wedding parties have early access to the Bridal Suite and Grooms Lounge. Our bridal area includes a four-chair make-up vanity, a changing area with an oversized bridal mirror, a private restroom, and a dress hanging area. There is plenty of room for everyone to get ready, and a TV for entertainment. The Grooms Lounge is a separate two-bedroom area that offers a foosball table, couches, a private restroom, and a TV.

Our All-Inclusive package covers almost everything you’ll need for your special day. Each category can be upgraded or customized.

• LASAGNA DINNER: Three cheese beef lasagna with sweet marinara and garden vegetable lasagna of spinach, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, squash & fresh herbs both with sweet marinara and three cheeses, served with garlic bread and your choice of Garden or Caesar Salad
• PASTA DINNER: Buttered & seasoned Penne pasta served with Classic Meat Sauce & Creamy Chicken Alfredo sauce, served with garlic bread and your choice of Garden or Caesar Salad
